2021 has proposed a lot of challenges when selecting the best car to buy. As talked about before Toyota has released a brand new Supra  which has brought a lot of excitement into the JDM community. Moreover, BMW has released an M5 Jahre at the end of 2020 which is one of the best high performance sedans on the market right now. Personally this is my dream car right now; 0-60 mph in 2.8 clocked by BMW. But just as any year before you are limited to what you want by your budget.

 

If you are looking for a car under $20,000 a Subaru BRZ, might be in your wheel house. Although you won't get a brand new one, you can find one with low KM and there are lots of after market parts for modifications. As well your next option up might be a BMW with a 3.5L engine. You can find a nice 335i or 435i, and maybe if you're lucky you might be able to possible find a M340i or a M440i.

 

If price is not a limiting factor then don't listen to me. Buy what car you want to buy and have fun with it. Buying a car shouldn't be stressful, for a lot of us, working on cars is just a release from the real world.

 

If you don't have the money to buy a car yet start saving for what you wan't. Set your mind to that car, and one day, you will have enough to buy and modify that car to being your own.
